Dirigo Disaster Prevention is a program we have developed to give you that peace of mind. It covers your cost associated with any critical system failure. Hard drive failed? No problem it's on us. Power supply failed? No problem it's on us. Virus infection? No problem it's on us.
And the best part; not only is your cost taken care of, but your system will be running at optimal performance. We will visit your facility either quarterly or monthly (depending on the level of protection you choose) and asses your protected equipment. We will clean, optimize, update, and check logs, etc to ensure high availability and service. This will allow us to catch any issues before they become major problems.
Level I: Basic Protection: $340 per year, per device
Quarterly Visits, 50% Cost Recovery (Parts & Labor)
Level II: Advanced Protection: $510 per year per device
Every Other Month Visits, 75% Cost Recovery (Parts & Labor)
Level III: Complete Protection: $1020 per year, per device
Monthly Visits, 100% Cost Recovery (Parts & Labor)
